Can I refund items?

Yes, if the item is missing, faulty or broken, we can refund items. Please send us a query within 45 days of the order is made, via order@plantyeco.com along with your order, tracking number and pictures if there're issues of the products. We will get back to you within 48 hours for a refund.

How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of PlantyEco confirms on the delivery issue, though the time until the finalization of payment may vary depending on your banking institution.

Should I return the damaged products? Who will pay the shipping cost?

It will be based on the case by case basis, please send your query to us via order@plantyeco.com. If PlantyEco requires to return the damaged product, we will provide the details of returning address and cover the shipping cost.
